BridgePort’s asset management approach is unique. It starts with an exceptional real estate operating platform that is focused on real property management. What makes an asset manager great? It’s our belief that great asset managers also have a clear understanding of what it means to excel at property management, leasing and construction. Each plan identifies the key activities to create and maximize asset value including the acquisition plan, capital structure including financing, development, redevelopment and refurbishment plans, asset re-positioning, leasing and expected holding period. Lastly, the plan provides a clear statement of the strategy, the timing and how we intend to execute it. Ultimately, the plan is used as a great tool to measure our performance. Let’s see… the maximization of revenue and tenant covenant determines value, ability to finance, ability to maintain and improve a property's liquidity. So as you can see, as owners of real estate we believe this is critically important and that’s why we put such emphasis on it. We do this by promoting and advertising properties for lease, by using competitive intelligence gathering and market knowledge to maximize rents, and by negotiating leases that protect the owner's interest. DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
